At Cool Shirtz, we want you to love your gear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are protected for transit.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
